After spending several years in real estate in Scottsdale, Arizona, Terry Ruckman returned home to the Grand Valley in the mid-1990’s to continue his endeavors of providing new homes for families. He has proudly built homes in Fall Valley Subdivision, Diamond Ridge Subdivision, and Comstock Estates.  He enjoys working with home buyers and helping them envision their dream home and building a quality product that they can enjoy for years to come.

After spending many years as a kid watching his dad build from start to finish, Connor Ruckman returned from college in 2015 and joined his dad in the business to form CTR Homes, LLC. Together, they have worked on projects across the Grand Valley from remodels, fix & flips, and new home construction. 

This father-and-son team spends many hours researching the latest trends to stay on the cutting edge of new construction.  Their attention to every detail & quality throughout each phase of construction shows in each of the finished homes.
